  • Studios that create and manage accounts on the Platform
  • Customers who use the Platform to book sessions, make purchases, or interact with studios

This Policy applies only to users located in the United States. The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

2. Information We Collect


A. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password
  • Studio Information: Business name, contact info, payment setup details
  • Transaction Data: Purchase history, payment method, subscription details
  • Communications: Messages sent through the Platform (e.g., between customers and studios)
  • Support Requests: Details you provide when contacting us

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Session & Login Data: Device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and timestamp
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, clicks, features used (for performance and security monitoring)

Note: We do not currently use marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or session replay tools. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

3. How We Use Your Information


  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Facilitate transactions and manage memberships
  • Enable messaging between users
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and service notifications

B. With Studios

If you are a customer, then your personal information (e.g., name, contact details, booking history) will be shared with the studio you interact with to enable services, scheduling, and communication.
